Palazzo Tiepoletto gives you the unique chance of tasting high style life in a Venetian Palace on the Grand Canal! The incomparable view of some of the most famous Venetian Palaces, the Gondolas sliding smoothly on the water that reflects its light on the ceiling while the waves slowly caress the ancient walls, will make your stay a dream came true.
The location is absolutely perfect, half way from the Rialto Bridge and the San Marco Square, the public Gondola crossing the Grand Canal to San Marco
and the Vaporetto stop are by the Palace.
You can walk all over the commercial area of Rialto with the famous fish and vegetable market, the main sights of Venice like the Frari Church or the Scuola di San Rocco, are all within a few minutes.
Palazzo Tiepoletto is in the residential area of Venice, where you’ll find the true “Venetians” and their life-style.
As you go out you have local restaurants, small “Trattorias”, typical Wineries and shops.
The entrance gate leads to the Palace private court and garden and to the
beautiful ancient hall. The living room has two ancient marble windows overlooking the Grand Canal and it is furnished with two sofas and beautiful antique furniture from my family.
The complete kitchen is inside an old large cabinet and has a fridge, a freezer, the dishwasher, a microwave oven and a four gas hobs.
It is followed by two double bedrooms with king size beds, each of them with a nice en suite bathrooms, one with shower, the other with tub and shower.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, which makes your stay easier, and it’s no smoking!
All major comfort are included, such as air conditioning-heating, tv, hi-fi, washer/dryer machine and iron.
Our representative in Venice will welcome you directly at the water door of
the Palace, if you decide to arrive by water taxi, otherwise you can get there with the “Vaporetto”(the Public boat) from the railway station of Venice Santa Lucia or from the car terminal of Piazzale Roma, direction San Marco and get out at the stop of San Tomà-Frari – just few metres far from the Palace.
